Who we are
HR Think was founded by Liz Jewer, who is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD). Liz started her career in Hospitality and Catering, and held a number of Front of House management roles before embarking on a career in Human Resources nearly 30 years ago. Liz has held a number of HR Director positions, including European HR Director for Planet Hollywood and HR Director for Regus. Before founding HR Think, Liz was part of the Leadership Team at TMP Worldwide for 10 years, as HR Director and Board Director.
Liz is a member of The Coaching Academy, the world’s largest Coach training organisation, and is a Lumina Spark Practitioner. As well as holding a post graduate degree with the CIPD, Liz also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, with Classical Studies, from The Open University and is a firm believer that we can only effectively learn when we are ready, and when we want to do so.
