Liz’s story

Liz Jewer, a UK based commercially minded Human Resources Professional with over 30 years’ experience, founded HR Think in 2018. Liz has a proven track record of success in organisational improvement, engaging key stakeholders and saving business costs.

Her broad, real-world knowledge brings an unrivalled versatility of experience to find the right long-term solution for your organisational challenges.

Liz has led successful employee relations, stakeholder engagement and investor liaisons for all sizes of businesses including SME’s, private equity firms and multi-national corporations in Europe, Australia, and North America, who require UK HR consultancy.

Liz is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, a qualified Coach and a Lumina Spark psychometric practitioner, as well as being an accredited Professional Workplace Investigator and accredited Workplace Mediator.

I believe that the key to solving employee and organisational challenges is to really understand what’s going on at a deeper level. All is not always as it seems and so the search for clarity is one of my personal aims.
