Workplace mediation is a confidential and voluntary process that can be especially helpful to resolve conflict, personality clashes and where issues arise when employees have different approaches to working. It can help to avoid having to deal with a grievance formally which can be time consuming and distressing.

Mediation focuses on working together going forward, not determining who was right or wrong in the past.
